Fairview Lakes Medical Center in Wyoming, MN is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the Site Manager and Pharmacist-In-Charge with prescription processing and customer service. The role requires Minnesota technician registration, and preferred candidates have completed an approved technician program and 1 year of retail/pharmacy experience.

The Pharmacy Technician will assist the Site Manager/Pharmacist-In-Charge with tasks in the pharmacy. Respond to and resolve insurance questions, process prescriptions, and address issues quickly and accurately. Provide and promote exceptional customer service, assist in preparing and dispensing medications and supplies, enter new and refill prescriptions in the computer system, work with physician offices to obtain refill requests, handle cash register transactions, receive patient prescriptions, unpack/verify stock-to-invoices and help maintain the pharmacy in proper order
