Job summary

H-E-B is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our Fort Worth, TX team. You will process prescriptions, support immunization scheduling, and maintain accuracy with RxEVO and related systems to ensure patient safety and high service standards.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment while complying with HIPAA and SOPs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred)
• 1+ years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of RxEVO system and SOPs
• HIPAA/privacy compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Assist with prescription processing and verification
• Maintain inventory and process invoices daily
• Support screening events and immunization scheduling
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all pharmacy operations
• Handle third-party issues and escalation
• Maintain automated prescription processing equipment and calibrations
• Perform other duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager
