Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Texas CPhT certification; 20 hours CE biennially; recertify 60 days before expiration.

Responsibilities

• Role models / provides superior customer service and service standards.
• Promotes / embodies "Greet, Ask & Thank" and H-E-B telephone strategies.
• Manages exception station; solves third-party issues.
• Receives / processes prescriptions using RxEVO; inputs patient information; processes third-party prescriptions; manages adjudication review.
• Coordinates Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, immunization scheduling, and future events.
• Maintains Rx screener status; participates in screening events.
• Assists with pharmacy operations tasks ( recalls, storage, returns, communications).
• Orders / manages inventory; processes invoices daily; checks warehouse and DSD orders; verifies deliveries; adjust as needed.
