Job summary

H-E-B is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to join our pharmacy team in Texas. You will ensure accurate, timely prescription processing and deliver excellent patient service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities include operating RxEVO, supporting third-party processing, inventory management, and collaborating with the Pharmacy team to meet patient needs and maintain high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Active Texas CPhT registration & RxEVO certification preferred.
• Experience with pharmacy management tasks and SOPs.
• Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service and adhere to service standards.
• Process prescriptions using RxEVO and ensure complete patient information.
• Coordinate screening events and immunization scheduling as needed.
• Manage inventory, verify deliveries, and handle returns.
• Maintain automated processing equipment and perform routine maintenance.
