Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented team member for order fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and inventory control to ensure timely and accurate shipments to customers.

Responsibilities include filling prescriptions, verifying orders before pharmacist verification, labeling and shipping, and collaborating with the Customer Experience Center to meet client expectations. Requires PTCB and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• PTCB certification required.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and guidelines.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and pharmacy software.
• Experience with equipment such as computers and scanners.
• Team oriented, able to work in a manufacturing/customer service setting.
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals (cleaning agents, disinfectants).

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as written in accordance with SOPs and work instructions.
• Verify order details before pharmacist verification.
• Label, assemble, package and ship products to customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Center for timely service and customer expectations.
• Assist with inventory management and control.
• Keep pharmacy workspace clean and maintained.
• Assist interdepartmental communication as needed.
• Follow all SOPs and state/federal regulations related to dispensing.
• Respect privacy policies and protect patient information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This positionis responsible fororder fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurateshipments for our customers.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing environment is a plus
