Job summary

Belmar Pharma Solutions is seeking a detail‑oriented Pharmacy Technician to join our order fulfillment team in Madison. You will fill prescriptions, verify details, label and ship products, and support inventory management to ensure timely customer shipments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• PTCB certification is required.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to read, understand SOPs and guidelines as they relate to the process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and ability to utilize various software programs.
• Must be able to use necessary equipment such as computers, scanners, or other technological devices assigned.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or customer service is a plus.
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Verify details of the order are correct prior to final pharmacist verification.
• Label, assembly, package and ship products to customers.
• Coordinate with team counterparts to provide superior service to clients regarding turnaround time and additional customer expectations.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Clean and maintain the pharmacy workspace.
• Assist with interdepartmental communication.
• Abide by all SOPs related to job title and dispensing regulations.
• Follow company privacy policy.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.

This positionis responsible fororder fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurateshipments for our customers.

Responsibilities
