Job summary

Belmar Pharmacy is hiring for an order fulfillment position focused on accurate picking, packing, labeling, and shipping of prescriptions. The role includes inventory control and coordination with the Customer Experience Center to ensure fast, accurate service to healthcare providers and patients.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, a valid PTCB certification, strong communication, and comfort with SOPs, MS Office, and basic pharmacy software.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify problems and work to resolve issues.
• Must read and understand SOPs and guidelines related to the process.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to use various software programs.
• Must use equipment such as computers, scanners, or other devices.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience in manufacturing or customer service is a plus.
• Exposure to hazardous chemicals including cleaning agents and disinfectants.

Responsibilities

• Fill prescriptions and orders as written in accordance with SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Verify order details before final pharmacist verification.
• Label, assemble, package and ship products to customers.
• Coordinate with Customer Experience Center to meet client expectations and turnaround times.
• Assist with inventory management.
• Clean and maintain the pharmacy workspace.
• Assist with interdepartmental communication.
• Follow all SOPs and regulations for prescription dispensing.
• Adhere to company privacy policy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

This positionis responsible fororder fulfillment, stocking, packaging, and other material handling, and inventory control tasks to ensure timely and accurateshipments for our customers.

Responsibilities
