Job Overview

IQVIA, a global provider of commercial solutions, helps biopharma, medical device, and diagnostic companies deliver therapies to patients. Our teams support patient programs, market access, and product value demonstration. Currently, we are seeking a remote (work from home) contract Pharmacy Support Call Center Representative to provide payment assistance solutions, including co-pay cards and vouchers.

Responsibilities
  1. Handle requests such as card activation, program eligibility, and benefit explanations via phone, email, fax, or other channels.
  2. Assess user issues quickly and provide first-level support for resolution.
  3. Document resolution details and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
  4. Suggest operational improvements to management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • HIPAA certification.
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
Additional Details

Work hours are 40 per week, with shifts available from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST. This role is a contract position managed by an external agency, with potential for full-time employment at IQVIA.
