Job Overview

IQVIA, a global leader in commercial solutions, supports biopharma, medical device, and diagnostic companies in delivering therapies to patients. We also provide patient support programs, including pharmacy support call center services. We are seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Tech Support / Call Center Representative for a 100% remote, contract position.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide support via telephone, email, fax, or other channels to address customer requests, including card activation, program eligibility, benefit explanations, and troubleshooting submission rejections.
  2. Assess issues promptly and deliver first-level support, documenting resolutions and escalating unresolved issues appropriately.
  3. Identify operational challenges and recommend improvements to management.
  4. Work 40 hours per week during shifts: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, 10:00 am - 7:00 pm EST, or 11:00 am - 8:00 pm EST.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Pharmacy Technician experience required.
  • HIPAA certification.
  • Call center experience (3+ years preferred).
  • Experience in medical claim processing is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
