Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our fast-paced Houston team. You will assist with prescription processing, patient service, inventory management, and compliance with HIPAA and SOPs.

This role requires a Texas CPhT license, strong accuracy, communication, and the ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends. You will support clinical services and ensure safe, efficient drug dispensing.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Active Texas Pharmacy Technician registration (CPhT).
• 3+ years of pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models / provides superior customer service and service standards.
• Processes prescriptions using RxEVO and verifies patient information.
• Manages inventory, checks deliveries, and handles recalls as needed.
• Coordinates scheduling for immunizations and events.
• Maintains equipment calibration and performs basic computer troubleshooting.
• Ensures PHI privacy and HIPAA compliance.
