Job summary

H-E-B Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to join our Texas stores. You will support pharmacists in processing prescriptions, maintaining patient privacy, and ensuring accurate third-party adjudication in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will handle inventory, equipment maintenance, and assist with immunization scheduling, recalls, and store-wide pharmacy tasks while upholding HIPAA standards and patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmacy experience (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience as an active retail Certified Pharmacy Technician.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Role models / provides superior customer service and service standards.
• Processes written prescriptions using RxEVO and inputs accurate patient information.
• Coordinates Rx screening events, flu shot scheduling, and immunization scheduling.
• Orders / manages inventory and processes invoices daily.
• Maintains automated prescription processing equipment and performs calibration / maintenance.
