Job summary

Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a Pharmacy Tech IV for night shifts. The role involves admixtures to IV solutions, unit dose syringes, chemotherapy meds, and compounding for critical care and OR satellite areas.

Responsibilities include maintaining stock levels and adhering to procedures, guidelines, and regulations. This position expects collaboration with pharmacy and technical staff and can include duties of a Pharmacy Technician as needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Previous pharmacy technician experience with IV admixtures preferred.
• Current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician required; PTCB certification preferred.
