Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Technician to support IV admixtures, unit-dose syringes, and chemotherapy preparation. You will help ensure accurate compounding and compliance with state and federal regulations within critical care and OR satellite areas.

You will maintain stock levels, collaborate with pharmacy and technical staff to document best practices, and perform duties as needed to support the pharmacy team and patient safety.

Competenze

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Previous IV admixtures experience preferred.
• PHRMTECH-R registration required; PTCB certification preferred.

Qualifications

Education

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required

Work Experience

• Previous pharmacy technician experience with IV admixtures Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

• PHRMTECH-R - Registered Pharmacy Technician Current registration with the state Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician Upon Hire Required
• PTCB Certification Preferred
