Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training in Valley City, ND to start and grow a pharmacy career. Completion of the ASHP/ACPE Accredited Training Program and ND registration/licensing are required, with commitment to finish within the program timeline.

The role includes providing excellent customer service, assisting with Ready Refill and Medication Synchronization programs, maintaining accurate prescription records, and troubleshooting billing issues.

Qualifications

• Completion of ASHP/ACPE Accredited Training Program is required and must meet ND Board of Pharmacy registration/licensing requirements.
• Willing to commit to completing the program within the provided timeline.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have HS diploma or equivalent; must be or become a certified pharmacy technician per ND state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Assist with enrollment in Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx.
• Maintain accurate prescription records and comply with Medicare Part B/D requirements.
• Troubleshoot rejected claims or billing issues and respond to Medicare Part D questions.
• Learn and implement new technologies and adapt to changing responsibilities.
• Be flexible to assist anywhere in the store or at nearby locations as needed.

Valley City ND

Thrifty White Pharmacy is seeking out a Pharmacy Technician-in-Training in Valley City ND to start/grow their pharmacy career. Completion of Thrifty White Pharmacy's Training Program (ASHP/ACPE Accredited) is required, along with all registration, licensing, and certification requirements according to the North Dakota Board of Pharmacy. Candidates must be willing to commit to completing the program within the timeline provided.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to customers by building loyalty and repeat business.
• Champions Thrifty White programs to patients such as Ready Refill, Medication Synchronization and HealthyPackRx and assists with enrolling patients.
• Maintains prescription information to ensure accurate records.
• Understands and follows Medicare Part B requirements
• Troubleshoots any rejected claims or billing issues.
• Assists customers with Medicare Part D questions.
• Maintains proper level of nursing home filling procedures.
• Able to learn and implement new and changing technologies on an ongoing basis.
• Able to maintain flexibility in new or changing work roles and the modification of job responsibilities as required.
• Willing to help anywhere in the store or nearby locations as needed.
