Job summary

Meijer Inc. in Ohio is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to plan, direct and supervise day-to-day pharmacy operations. You will hire staff, oversee performance and ensure safe, accurate dispensing of prescriptions.

Lead programs that drive clinical services, inventory control, and profitability while mentoring pharmacists and technicians. Must be licensed pharmacist with 3+ years retail experience and management capability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Staffing selection and hiring.
• Conduct performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
• Fills prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Implements and executes pharmacy programs for financial results, clinical services, inventory and profitability.
• Educates and mentors pharmacy staff to be effective team members.
