Job summary
Meijer Inc. is seeking a Pharmacist to provide safe prescription dispensing and leadership within the pharmacy team. You will mentor technicians, oversee clinical services, and ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
- Licensed/registered to practice in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification required (Retail/Community) where applicable.
- Working knowledge of pharmacy systems and applicable regulations.
Responsibilities
- Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients, team members and leadership.
- Hold technicians accountable and mentor them to expand the pharmacy business.
- Oversee clinical services and immunizations where allowed.
- In absence of the pharmacist in charge, manage pharmacy operations.
- Communicate effectively and drive systemic improvements.
