Meijer Pharmacy in Ohio is seeking a licensed pharmacist to join our retail team and advance patient care across community settings. You will fill prescriptions accurately, educate patients, and lead a team of technicians under Meijer policies and state laws.

As part of the Meijer family, you will help expand clinical services such as immunizations, contribute to quality assurance, and participate in development programs for career growth and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist with degree (B.S. or PharmD) and licensed in the state.
• Immunization certification/clinic experience preferred.
• Retail/community practice experience helpful.
• Knowledge of pharmacy policies and state/federal regulations.

Responsabilités

• Fill prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Maintain positive relationships with patients, team, and leadership.
• Educate and mentor pharmacy technicians to be effective team members.
• Motivate team members to perform at their highest level.
• Ensure compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
• Oversee pharmacy operations in the absence of the pharmacist in charge.
• Provide clinical services such as immunizations where allowed.
