Meijer, a family-owned retailer, is opening a new store in Glen Carbon/Edwardsville, IL, planned for Spring 2027. We are seeking an engaged Pharmacy Team Leader to launch the pharmacy operations and build a high-performing team from day one.

You will hire and develop staff, oversee prescriptions, implement programs, ensure patient safety, and manage inventory and regulatory compliance while delivering great service and contributing to Meijer's growth in the St. Louis metro area.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or Doctorate of Pharmacy required.
• Registered Pharmacist in the state of practice.
• 3 years of experience in retail/community practice.
• One year management experience preferred.
• Certified Immunization Pharmacist (except Indiana).
• CPR Certification.

Aufgaben

• Staffing selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Performs performance reviews of pharmacists and technicians.
• Documents and applies disciplinary actions.
• Fills prescriptions safely and accurately.
• Implements pharmacy programs including clinical services and profitability.
• Educates and mentors team members.
• Ensures compliance with Meijer policies and state/federal laws.
