• Ensure accurate prescription labeling and patient safety.
• Lead pharmacy team and coaching to maintain performance.
• Comply with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
• Oversee inventory management and immunization services.
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists; training completion tracking.
