Qualifications

• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and patient safety through meticulous labeling.
• Coach and lead pharmacy team to maintain standards.
• Maintain compliant operations with state Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Support immunization services where permissible.
