Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Pharmacy Manager to lead and develop a pharmacy team that delivers exceptional patient care by promoting best practices and guiding through change while addressing performance opportunities.

You will supervise bench shifts, ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and regulatory compliance, while coaching staff and maintaining inventory to support accessible, high‑quality care for patients.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Lead pharmacy team during bench shifts and coach for performance.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and immunization practices.
• Maintain compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS policies.
