Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Support customer service and team orientation to ensure patient care.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues to ensure safe and accurate dispensing.
• Demonstrate mathematical reasoning for prescription totals, days supply, and stock management.
• Resolve patient and insurer issues to maintain effective care.
• Lead by example in pharmacy team performance and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain physical demands of the role, including mobility and lifting where required.
