Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks, adapt to changing patient and business needs.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Provide friendly customer service and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Perform mathematical calculations for prescriptions and dosing.
• Identify and resolve patient or colleague issues.
• Maintain mobility and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Lead by example, delegate tasks, and foster a collaborative environment.
• Review business reports and develop action plans to close gaps.
