Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Attention and Focus: ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time; pivot quickly between tasks to meet patient and business needs.
• Ability to confirm prescription information and label accuracy, ensuring patient safety.
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: actively help people in a friendly manner; understand patients’ reactions and respond appropriately.
• Communication Skills: use verbal and written communication to interact with patients and colleagues; practice active listening.
• Mathematical Reasoning: use math to determine totals, days supply, and bottle counts for prescriptions.
• Problem Resolution: identify challenging interactions and choose the best course of action.
• Physical Demands: be mobile, lift, reach overhead, and operate equipment as needed.
