The role emphasizes coaching, onboarding new staff, and maintaining safe dispensing practices across the store’s pharmacy operations.

You will oversee pharmacy workflows, immunization delivery, and inventory management, including cold chain, to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Pharmacist.

Responsibilities

• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Lead pharmacy team, provide patients with counseling and immunization support.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment following approved workflows.
• Onboard new technicians and pharmacists and manage ongoing training/licensure.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory with emphasis on cold chain integrity and safety standards.
• Ensure compliance with state Board of Pharmacy regulations and CVS Health policies.
