Qualifications

• Must hold National Certified Pharmacy Technician and Tennessee registration.
• 4+ years of community/retail/ambulatory pharmacy or health-system experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with pharmacy dispensing systems and familiarity with insurance adjudication processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervises scheduling of pharmacy technical staff; coordinates in-services; assesses departmental productivity.
• Performance of key responsibilities must meet expectations per performance standards.
• Maintains attendance as essential; adheres to Personnel Policy.
• Reports for work in a safe and productive manner.
• Meets physical requirements and can work with others in a team.
• Operates computer and various software; communicates effectively; supervises team.
