The role requires 2+ years related experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with deadlines. Full-time hours with available flexible times.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Pharmacy Technician license or registration; National Certification (PTCB) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answering phone calls from facilities professionally and promptly.
• Create telephone orders for refills and new orders; triage to Order Entry staff.
• Refill orders in the pharmacy system upon request.
• Follow up with customers as needed and return calls promptly.
• Answer facility questions or refer to proper resource.
