Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy required; Pharm.D or MS in Hospital Pharmacy preferred.
• Registered Pharmacist in Iowa or eligible for registration.
• 5 years hospital pharmacy experience with leadership preferred.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 24-hour operation of the Inpatient Pharmacy Department.
• Achieve established quality and budget outcomes.
• Select, develop, and maintain a competent staff.
• Hold self and team accountable for quality care, service, and satisfaction.
• Driven to meet and exceed customer expectations.
