Job summary

Accenture in Scottsdale, AZ seeks a Pharmacy Management Consulting Manager to lead initiatives mixing managed care pharmacy strategy with operations and clinical pharmacy transformation for payer and provider clients.

Travel up to 80% as needed. You will partner with clinical and operations leaders to design cost-efficient pharmacy programs, formulary strategies, and cost-management solutions that improve outcomes and reduce drug spend.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of consulting/advisory experience with healthcare provider and/or payer clients.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managed care pharmacy, PBM operations, or pharmacy benefit/cost management.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and address pharmacy cost and drug trend drivers across medical and pharmacy benefits.
• Lead managed care pharmacy initiatives including formulary strategy, utilization management, and PBM performance.
• Partner with clinical and operations leaders on pharmacy operations transformation and clinical pharmacy program design.
