Blue Shield of California seeks a Program Manager, Consultant to join the Pharmacy Strategy and Operations team, providing strategic support for pharmacy programs that advance affordability and member value. You will report to the Sr.

Manager, Pharmacy Programs and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment, applying analytical and problem-solving skills to drive results.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher with 7 years of relevant experience in pharmacy or health programs (or 4 years with a degree)
7+ years of experience in pharmacy or health program management/consulting
Deep understanding of program and resource management and strong business acumen
