Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, finance, economics, public health or related field.
• MBA, MHA, MPH, PharmD or comparable advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare strategy, corporate development, or service-line growth is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate pharmacy strategy into executable agendas and drive high-priority initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects with no direct reporting lines across departments.
• Develop executive-facing analyses and presentations for decision-making.
• Support hospital pharmacy leadership and communicate with VP/CPO and other senior leaders.
• Manage a portfolio of strategic initiatives from concept to stabilization.
