Job summary
Boston Medical Center Health System (BMCHS) seeks a Chief of Staff for System Pharmacy to translate strategy into executable agendas, accelerate key initiatives, and drive accountability across leadership. The role spans inpatient, ambulatory, specialty, infusion, and enterprise pharmacy functions, aligning strategy with operational execution.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Hospital VP/CPO and senior leaders to develop analyses, move priority projects forward, and measure impact
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, finance, economics, public health or related field.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and execution partner to System Pharmacy leadership.
- Translate enterprise priorities into a clear operating agenda with milestones, owners, decisions, and outcomes.
- Maintain visibility across major initiatives and manage risks, dependencies, and escalation.
- Develop governance structures and ensure execution of commitments across cross-functional partners.
- Lead high-priority, cross-departmental initiatives and structure ambiguous problems into actionable workplans.
- Prepare pharmacy materials for executive leadership and Board discussions as required.
