Qualifications

• Experience overseeing enterprise pharmacy strategy initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and participates in the organization, management, and implementation of cross-institutional projects.
• Ensures projects have timelines, goals, objectives and milestones aligned with strategic aims.
• Drives process improvement and develops tools for project tracking.
• Oversees cross-functional work with IS, HR, finance and member organizations.
• Communicates with senior leadership and governance bodies to secure alignment.
• Provides coaching and mentoring to project teams.
