Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Massachusetts Pharmacist License.
• Five years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience.
• PharmD preferred.
• Completion of a general pharmacy residency and specialty residency preferred.
• Seven years of hospital pharmacy leadership experience preferred.
• Academic medical center experience preferred.
• Master's degree in health-related field or MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic oversight and optimization of the system 340B program, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while maximizing program value.
• Partners with system and entity leadership to develop and execute strategic and financial plans, including annual budgets and multi-year forecasts.
• Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities and service lines that expand pharmacy capabilities, improve patient access, and contribute to system growth.
• Directs cross-functional initiatives that span multiple pharmacy business lines or sites of care, including growth, efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
• Manages financial and operational metrics and systems to optimize the financial performance of Pharmacy Services.
• Leads enterprise pharmacy business analytics to inform strategic decisions and measure performance.
• Ensures optimization of pharmacy revenue cycle processes including charging, billing, reimbursement strategy, and charge master maintenance.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize medication spend and contracting performance across all sites of care.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy

Massachusetts Pharmacist License
