- Progressive pharmacy leadership experience in a large academic medical center or health system.
- Board certification or specialty certification aligned with specialty area.
- Pharmacy license in Massachusetts or eligibility.
- Strong strategic and transformational leadership abilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise strategy aligned with quality, safety, access, workforce effectiveness, growth and financial sustainability.
- Drive enterprise transformation initiatives for standardization and operational excellence.
- Establish metrics and accountability for reliable execution across sites and care settings.
- Serve as senior pharmacy leader and strategic partner to executives and clinicians.
