Job summary

Mass General Brigham is seeking an enterprise pharmacy leader to shape clinical pharmacy practice and medication stewardship across the health system. You will align formularies, advance evidence-based clinical pathways, and lead medication-use optimization in collaboration with clinical and operational leaders.

The role focuses on enterprise strategy, performance, and transformational leadership to standardize care, reduce variation, and strengthen transitions of care.

Qualifications

• Progressive pharmacy leadership experience within a complex academic medical center, integrated delivery network, or health system.
• Demonstrated success leading enterprise transformation, governance, quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and financial stewardship.
• Proven ability to lead through influence, build strategic partnerships, and drive large-scale organizational change.
• Board certification or specialty certification aligned with specialty area.
• Massachusetts Board of Registration in Pharmacy required.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise strategy and transformation initiatives aligned with quality, safety, access, workforce effectiveness, growth, and financial sustainability.
• Establish performance metrics and accountability across sites and care settings.
• Serve as senior pharmacy leader and strategic partner to executives, physicians, and operations leaders.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
