Job summary

Mass General Brigham seeks an enterprise pharmacy leader to shape ambulatory practice and ensure patients can access medications. You will lead strategy and programs across CDTM, prior authorization and refill services, population health pharmacy, and transitions of care, improving affordability and access.

You will collaborate with executives, physicians, nursing, and operations to standardize practices, drive transformation, and develop high-performing teams focused on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Progressive pharmacy leadership experience within a complex academic medical center or health system.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, governance, quality improvement and regulatory readiness.
• Ability to lead through influence and build strategic partnerships for large-scale change.
• Board certification or specialty certification aligned with specialty area.
• Pharmacist leadership with strategic vision and operational rigor.
• Master's degree or residency training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise strategy aligned with priorities for quality, safety, access, and financial sustainability.
• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives that advance standardization and operational excellence.
• Establish performance expectations, metrics, and accountability across sites.
• Advance standardization and reduce unwarranted variation in practices.
• Ensure effective management of quality, safety, regulatory, and operational risks.
• Lead and develop pharmacy leadership and high-performing teams.
• Serve as senior pharmacy leader and strategic partner to executives and clinicians.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
