Job summary
Vizient, Inc. is seeking an experienced leader to provide strategic direction to the Pharmacy Aggregation Group. In this role, you will oversee pharmacy programs, collaborate with health system leaders, and enhance contracting opportunities.
The ideal candidate holds a PharmD and has extensive experience in multi-system hospital settings. You will build relationships with stakeholders, manage cross-functional projects, and deliver actionable insights to drive growth and improvement.
This position is based in Chicago, Illinois and comes with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-system hospital setting with physician engagement.
- Experience as a Director of Pharmacy or similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee activities is desired.
Responsibilities
- Lead pharmacy programs in collaboration with consultants and executives.
- Manage new opportunities in contracting and analytics services.
- Build relationships with stakeholders to align on priorities.
- Conduct voice-of-customer sessions for program refinement.
- Oversee project execution to deliver value-driven contracts.
