Job summary

Vizient is seeking a leader to provide strategic direction to the Pharmacy Aggregation Group member facilities. The ideal candidate will have a PharmD and at least 7 years of experience in a multi-system hospital setting.

The role involves managing pharmacy programs, building stakeholder relationships, and forecasting revenue. An attractive compensation package includes an estimated salary range of $135,200 to $236,600.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in a multi-system hospital setting.
• Experience as a Director of Pharmacy or similar role is preferred.
• Willingness to travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy programs in collaboration with consultants and leadership.
• Manage new opportunities across contracting and compliance.
• Conduct voice-of-customer sessions to gather insights.
