You will drive value-based initiatives, performance improvement, and revenue enhancement through clinical expertise, contracting strategies, and data-driven insights. The role emphasizes strong relationships with member facilities and distribution partners.

Qualifications

• PharmD required; MBA or business-focused degree preferred.
• Experience leading pharmacy programs and engaging senior leadership.
• Proven ability to evaluate clinical savings and contracting opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead pharmacy programs in collaboration with consultants and leadership.
• Manage opportunities across contracting, compliance, policy, and analytics.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders up to VP level.
• Conduct voice-of-customer sessions to refine offerings.
• Oversee cross-functional project execution delivering value-driven contracts.
• Enhance tools to improve contract visibility and utilization.
• Forecast revenue and support business development efforts.
• Develop training and business reviews for stakeholders.
• Diagnose healthcare challenges and recommend scalable solutions.
