Job summary

Free Market Health in Pittsburgh is seeking a Program Manager for Pharmacy Strategy & Execution to translate strategic programs into practical implementation. You will partner with the Pharmacy Strategy team during late-stage development and then drive the handoff into launch and ongoing oversight.

The ideal candidate will be organized, collaborative, and able to align cross-functional teams across Pharmacy Enablement, Network, Product, Technology, Analytics and Legal to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, pharmacy, public health, or related field.
• At least 5 years of program or project management experience in a cross-functional environment.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, PBM, payer, or health tech preferred.
• Ability to translate evolving strategy into actionable execution plans.
• Strong reporting and dashboard design skills for program health.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Pharmacy Strategy to understand program design and outcomes.
• Lead structured handoffs from strategy into execution with clear milestones.
• Own program management post-handoff including launch and oversight.
• Coordinate cross-functional work across Pharmacy Enablement, Network, Product, Technology, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Marketing.
• Establish governance, RAID, escalation, cadence, and executive status reporting.
• Create dashboards and reports monitoring risks, trends, and decisions.
• Develop reusable tools and playbooks for scalable programs.
