Job summary

Free Market Health, based in Pittsburgh, seeks a Pharmacy Account Manager to own the day-to-day experience of contracted pharmacy partners and to build trusted relationships while coordinating operational support for timely resolution.

You will collaborate with Pharmacy Operations, Network, Product, and Engineering teams to support program execution and onboarding, maintaining accurate partner records and monitoring relationship health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in account management, client services, or pharmacy operations.
• Experience with pharmacy networks, claims, or healthcare services.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined portfolio of contracted pharmacy relationships as primary contact.
• Develop trusted relationships with HSSPs, home infusion providers, PSAOs, and partners.
• Triage partner questions and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure program execution.
• Maintain records of partner interactions, issues, decisions, risks, and outcomes.
