You will drive opportunity analyses, outcomes reporting, and strategic recommendationsAcross a highly matrixed organization, mentoring less experienced team members. This role can be hybrid or remote; if you live within 50 miles of an office you are onsite 3 days a week (T/W/Th).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, healthcare or related field.
• 5–7 years Managed Care experience.
• 5–7 years Health Insurance Industry experience.
• 1–3 years Pharmacy Operation experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct opportunity analyses and develop the strategic plan for pharmacy.
• Interface with stakeholders in other business areas to advance initiatives.
• Conduct outcomes analyses to measure performance against goals.
• Provide project updates to Pharmacy management.
• Mentor less experienced Pharmacy team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
