Job summary

Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Solutions Consultant to manage relationships with an existing customer base across DC, Maryland, Baltimore and Delaware, including Northern VA.

You will demonstrate the value of Cardinal Health consumer health solutions while building long-term relationships to support the sales team. The role involves analyzing customer needs, leading solution implementations, and guiding plan/timing to maximize margins.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a consultative environment preferred.
• Strong business acumen preferred.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel more than 75% with overnight travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze and consult with existing customers to determine solutions and timing.
• Influence customer decisions using objective data and plans.
• Coordinate solution implementation and document activities in CRM.
• Drive operating efficiencies for customers and Cardinal Health.
• Collaborate with sales team and internal support to meet objectives.
• Support front-end product needs and transition new customers to Cardinal Health.
• Participate in customer calls and lead internal discussions for customer benefit.
• Prepare reports and communications for sales management.
