Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Specialized Consulting Manager, Pharmacy, in Madison, WI to coordinate clinical programs and drive adoption of Pharmacy Surveillance solutions. You will serve as the SME, support sales, and develop content to reflect current evidence and regulations.

The role requires ACPE-accredited education and an active US pharmacy license, with about 40% travel and a focus on compliant, evidence-based practice. On-site work and collaboration with product teams are essential.

Qualifications

Graduate of an ACPE accredited college of pharmacy; current license to practice Pharmacy within the United States.
Well versed in demonstrating the value of pharmacy services.
Ability to communicate clearly with clinical and non-clinical audiences.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and implement clinical programs for external customers and internal teams.
Support sales and customer success with product demonstrations and workflow integration.
Create and update clinical/operational content to stay current with evidence.
Build relationships with pharmacy customers during/after implementations.
Contribute to marketing with thought leadership through webinars, blogs, and publications.
Collaborate with product development for feature enhancements and user testing.
Develop training materials for updates to solutions.
Manage PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
