Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Specialized Consulting Manager, Pharmacy, to coordinate and implement clinical programs for external customers and internal teams. You will ensure successful adoption of Pharmacy Surveillance solutions by serving as the subject matter expert and consultant.

Approximately 40% travel may be required. The role supports compliance with regulations, quality standards, and effective workflow integration across healthcare settings.

Qualifications

• ACPE-accredited Doctor of Pharmacy degree and US licensure.
• 3+ years leading pharmacy practice, incl. clinical operations and drug diversion.
• Board certification in a relevant specialty is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate adoption and usage of surveillance solutions to meet client outcomes.
• Support sales and customer success by demonstrating product functionality and workflow integration.
• Create and update clinical/operational content to stay current with evidence.
• Build relationships with pharmacy customers during/after implementations.
• Contribute to marketing via webinars, blogs, and publications.
• Collaborate with product team to propose feature enhancements and run pilots.
• Develop training materials for updates and changes.
• Handle PHI in a HIPAA-compliant environment.
