Access Community Health Centers in Madison, WI seeks a Pharmacy Consultant to lead oversight of pharmacy services, 340B program administration, and regulatory compliance. You will work with leadership, clinical teams, contract partners, and external stakeholders to optimize access and savings while ensuring safe, effective medication management.

The role emphasizes collaboration, program management, and data-driven reporting to support organizational social impact and belonging.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting pharmacy services.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state pharmacy regulations.
• Experience working with 340B Program.
• Knowledge of pharmacy manufacturers, wholesalers and supply chain structure.
• Experience with pharmacy management systems and electronic health records.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to develop policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
• Ability to run complex programs.
• Proficiency in using Excel and producing meaningful pharmacy activity reports used for financial analysis.
• Passionate about working in an organization that values and promotes social impact and belonging.
