Job summary

Liberty Software in Grapevine, TX is seeking an Account Manager to become the trusted advisor for pharmacies, delivering expert software support and personalized service. You will act as the dedicated point of contact for assigned accounts, guiding configuration, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams.

The role is non-sales, in-person, based in our Grapevine office and involves training clients on Liberty’s software and occasional on-call work.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, retail pharmacy, technical support, or similar.
Pharmacy Technician certification and retail pharmacy knowledge are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, computer science, or related field preferred.
Professional, friendly and patient demeanor essential.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills across client levels.
Strong multitasking, organizational and time management abilities.
Detail-oriented with strong typing and documentation skills.
Experience with Liberty Software products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts including owners and staff.
Serve as the dedicated point of contact for incoming inquiries and escalated tickets.
Diagnose and resolve software-related issues; escalate complex cases as needed.
Document interactions and actions in tracking software.
Guide clients to configure software and settings to their needs.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Communicate ticket status, purchases, and requests clearly to clients.
Handle high-severity requests or escalations as needed.
Become an expert on Liberty’s software suite to guide best practices.
Provide onsite and web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software.
Participate in occasional on-call rotation or overtime when assigned.
