Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required (customer service, retail pharmacy, technical support, or similar).
• Pharmacy Technician certification and retail pharmacy knowledge a plus.
• Professional, friendly, and patient demeanor essential.
• Strong typing and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Diagnose and resolve software-related issues efficiently.
• Document all interactions and actions in tracking software.
• Provide onsite and web-based training of Liberty’s pharmacy software.
