Medix™ is seeking a Site Director of Pharmacy in Brewster, Washington, to lead pharmacy operations for a community health organization. The role involves overseeing two outpatient pharmacy locations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will hold a current Washington Pharmacist License and have at least 5 years of leadership experience in pharmacy settings. The Site Director will drive operational excellence and enhance patient-centered services while maintaining financial performance.

Formación

• Current active Washington Pharmacist License.
• Minimum 5 years of retail or outpatient pharmacy leadership experience.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as Pharmacist-in-Charge for pharmacy location.
• Manage day-to-day pharmacy, clinical, and business operations.
• Oversee pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and pharmacy technicians.
• Develop and maintain pharmacy policies and procedures.
• Partner with finance teams to review and manage pharmacy financial performance.
